  While the receptionist was exceptional I had an awful experience with a tech. Unfortunately with two kids when one is sick there still has to be appointments & outings, during an apt for my older son the tech had the audacity to say " I hope that's not what I think it is in his bottle" and when I replied if u think it's double diluted juice with toddlers with safe electrolytes in it you are correct. Rather than moving on and doing her job she proceeded to drag the conversation out saying I shouldn't be giving him juice . When she left I googled to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes (I didn't questioned myself on the way my child is cared for when sick before this really negative interaction. I told her the correct info and she continued to argue with me (the damn parent). Fast forward two weeks next apt , after discussing this with a few family members i decided it would be best for my family to switch dentists . The receptionist told me to speak to Pelazzari myself as it's his employee so I waited until the end and during our conversation I told him I was asked to speak with him regarding an unfortunate incident . At first I was trying to be understanding until he used child abuse as an analogy. He said to me if your kid came in with bruises we would have to ask .....? My son had an ear infection & had some damn electrolyte baby juice not comparable what so ever. Well doc if a parent responds with an answer that is the answer you don't get to question or belittle. Mom shaming twice in one building by people I pay & are told to trust . I have sadly had to switch dentists as I do not support any kind of shaming especially for taking CARE of my child . If that tech Cynthia ever reads this do your damn research & be up to date as the things you say matter. I'm not sure what is worse ignorance or complete dismissal. But that is the truth and unfortunately it's getting near impossible to find basic respect and if that is something important to you -respect, I would not recommend Mirko Pelazzzari.
